Befour You Go Financial Services – Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations can change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policies for your reference.

Refunds

  • Digital Products: All digital products (e.g., ebooks) are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.
  • Credit Repair Services: We offer a 120-day money-back guarantee on our credit repair services. However, this excludes credit analysis fees unless canceled within three days of signup. After 120 days, no refunds are available.
  • Business Credit: Deposits and service plan fees for business credit are non-refundable. A la carte services are refundable within 24 hours of purchase.

Meeting the Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund on credit repair services, all conditions must be met:

  • Been a client for 120 days.
  • Had no new collections or missed payments during service.
  • Not attempted credit repair before or during our service.
  • Have no outstanding fees with Befour You Go.
  • Maintained active credit monitoring throughout service.
  • Forwarded credit bureau responses within five days of receipt.
  • Not had at least 50% of negative items removed from your credit report.

We reserve the right to deny refunds that don’t meet these criteria.

Credit Consultations: All credit consultations are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service. You can reschedule your consultation twice for free with at least 24 hours notice. A new consultation fee applies for the third reschedule.

Cancellation

  • Credit Repair Services: You have three business days to cancel your credit repair service agreement after signing it and receive a full refund. You can cancel anytime with at least three days’ notice before the next scheduled payment. The scheduled amount will be your final payment for rendered services.
  • Cancellation Methods: Submit a cancellation form on our website, email cancel@befouryougo.com, or call 1(334)-781-5597.

Appointment Cancellation

  • Personal Credit: Cancellations with 24-hour notice can be rescheduled for free. Cancellations without notice incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
  • Business Credit: Cancellations with 24-hour notice can be rescheduled without additional fees. Cancellations without notice incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Account Suspension/Termination/Return

  • Personal Credit: Failure to complete onboarding within three business days or maintain active credit monitoring will lead to account suspension and potential termination. You are ineligible to re-enroll if your account is terminated twice.
  • Only Returning Clients with previous accounts in good standing are eligible for current promotions. Other applicable charges may apply. 

Late Payments/ Failed Payments

  • Personal Credit: Failure to pay your monthly subscription within 15 days will result in account suspension. After a grace period and no payment arrangement, your account will be terminated. There’s a 90-day waiting period to re-enroll with any outstanding balance due.
  • Late Fee Policy: We no longer charge late fees. We understand financial hardships can arise and want to avoid additional stress.

Payment Arrangements

We value our client’s loyalty and support and will do everything possible to work with them to find a mutually satisfactory solution in the event of financial difficulty. A client experiencing financial hardship or unable to meet their payment obligations may contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative payment arrangements. Customers can make a payment arrangement via phone, text, or email. Subject to approval.

Business Credit

  • Failure to complete registration or provide necessary documentation within 14 business days will result in account suspension and potential termination. Full payment is due at registration to re-enroll after termination.

Prorated Refunds (Credit Repair Only)

Refunds for credit repair services are prorated based on our monthly plans and exclude enrollment fees. Submit all refund requests within 14 days of receiving the cancellation form.
